T.J. brings over eighteen years experience in advertising, marketing, broadcast sales in radio and television along with an extensive background in sports marketing through associations with Major League Baseball and the National Football League. His experience and knowledge of sports properties and sponsorship offers a unique marketing venue for our clients.
T.J. graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and worked in both radio and television sales, most recently vice president of corporate sales and sponsorships for the Baltimore Orioles. Prior to overseeing Orioles Television and the team's corporate sales effort, T.J. spent ten years with Infinity Broadcasting as a seller and manager. T.J. was the general sales manager for Infinity's Baltimore sports station WJFK-AM and co-managed the Baltimore Ravens Radio Network. While with the Orioles, T.J. successfully created sports marketing programs for clients including Toyota, Wendy's, University of Maryland Medicine, Care First Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Ford, Jiffy Lube and Bank of America. One of T.J.'s objectives is to introduce sports marketing to small and medium size businesses looking to use the power of sports to get results and capitalize on a captive and broad demographic.
T.J. began his broadcast career in Aberdeen, Maryland learning the business both on and off the air. T.J.'s radio experience channeled his ability to target the message, hit the numbers and get results.
