Armed with sixteen years of marketing experience and a master's degree in the field, Kathy combines strong marketing instincts with a quantitative approach to offer A. Bright Idea's clients creative ideas and measurable results.
Most recently, Kathy headed up her own consulting firm, JigSaw Marketing Solutions, where she focused on helping small businesses with their marketing. Her clients spanned a variety of industries, including architecture, accounting, human resources, manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, and restaurant/catering.
Prior to JigSaw, Kathy spent ten years in the toy industry where she oversaw the development and launch of hundreds of successful products and honed her brand management skills through both trade and consumer marketing initiatives.
A graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore (BA, Mass Communications-Journalism concentration), Kathy received her MS degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University where she concentrated in marketing communications.
Kathy's pride and joy are her two young daughters, Abby and Sydney who frequently pretend they are going to "meetings." The whole family enjoys spending time with extended family and anything outdoors, especially at a beach or pool. One of Kathy's most recent personal accomplishments was the completion of a sprint triathlon last October.
