CASE STUDY: U.S. Defense Logistics Agency
LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS
Evoke a sense of patriotism and boost morale among Defense Logistic Agency (DLA) staff and demonstrate the agency’s impact in support of the American warfighter.
Design and produce custom, large-format wall graphics and environmental displays that fill the workplace as a way to energize staff and increase productivity.
Design, production and install of environmental wall graphics that reach hundreds of personnel daily with important messaging and visual reminders of the mission of the agency. Extensive research conducted with the Library of Congress, the National Archives and the Archive Facility Center City Philadelphia. Consideration of the public landscape and monitoring the media for additional insight to aid in design elements.
Our proof of performance concepts for public areas such as the employee "oasis" demonstrated various design and cost options prior to final implementation.
Our detailed planning process begins before creating a single design and includes floor plans, elevations, and measurements to design each wall and display element to scale.
The final implementation in a large-scale graphic project includes close attention to file preparation, production and installation.
The response from the target audience, ranging from military figures to the facilities maintenance staff, is positive, all taking pride in the space. People will linger in the Hall of Fame areas reading the Commander plaques and the Hall of Fame recipient plaques. The workforce are so connected to the space now, that they will call and report to the Corporate Communications Office if anything is ever out of place.
