Marketing & Communications Manager
In this role you will lead brand and marketing strategies, channel management and support marketing campaign optimization. With a focus on cross-functional communication, you will collaborate with a variety of creative teams among our Visual and Verbal departments. The ideal candidate must understand the importance and have the ability to maintain positive relationships with external and internal partners. Ensuring work is delivered in alignment with our clients’ brand standards, includes rolling up your sleeves and working collaboratively with fellow members of the team, as well as clients, to ensure tasks are being executed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in marketing
  • Proven understanding of brand communications with hands-on experience across multiple channels
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement and performance
  • Ability to think on your feet, providing insights and consultation based in expertise in the field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on being able to deliver clear and concise direction
  • Project management experience and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Ability to lead and introduce effective marketing strategies inclusive of print, online, digital media or direct marketing tactics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media and digital formats, understanding of and ability to lead influencer marketing strategies and social media outreach campaigns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external parties
  • Forward-thinker with the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity or uncertainty
