About Zack

At a very young age Zack discovered his passion for movie magic. He became fascinated with the idea that if he could think it, he could create it. Since then, he has studied the art of filmmaking from a hands-on approach, gaining extensive experience in the creative process as well as physical production and logistics from his time on set with TV production including the hit TV show, Fresh Off The Boat Season 4 and the NFL Superbowl Pepsi Halftime Show introduction featuring The Weekend. His filmmaking accolades include Telluride Official Selection 2020 for his short film and Best Cinematography for his short film at Horror Fest 2020.

Zack’s experience in project management and workflow, vendor negotiations, crew staffing, location scouting, budget management, budget actualization, and scheduling ensures A. Bright Idea productions run smoothly within campaign timelines and budgets. In addition, with Zack’s discerning eye for a variety of creative “looks” or “tones,” and the technical expertise to ensure his productions reflect the creative vision defined in visual treatments and storyboards, A. Bright Idea productions reflect the quality and expert execution needed for effective branding, marketing and public awareness campaigns.

Even with his aptitude for filmmaking and productions, Zack considers himself a student – learning, reading, and observing the way the world works is his favorite activity. This makes him a bit of an impulsive hobbyist, always picking up new activities to explore!
