Media Planner and Buyer
A. Bright Idea is currently looking for a Media Planner/Buyer to join our team of creative communication enthusiasts in support of clients and offices based in Maryland, Northern and Southern California.

A Media Planner/Buyer on our team understands how broadcast and digital media fits into the overall client marketing and communications strategy, developing customized and strategic paid media solutions. Using excellent analytical skills, this person analyzes data and campaign results with an ability to observe patterns or anomalies to apply this information for campaign optimizations and future efforts. This person has existing, and develops new, relationships with media partners, managing vendor RFPs, evaluating media opportunities for a range of clients from local placements to large-scale national campaigns.

Bright Idea is currently looking for a Director of Public Relations to lead strategic public relations and outreach strategies in support of our clients and offices based in Maryland, Northern and Southern California. This fast-paced, high-volume environment requires the ability to effectively deliver timely, creative, customized, strategic solutions for our diverse client base.

The Director of Public Relations leads and owns public relations strategies from ideation to execution with thorough consultation to our clients to best meet their communication goals. This person develops relationships, asks probing questions from a strategic lens, then applies strategy, working across teams, to develop practical and compelling solutions.

With a keen attention to detail, the Director of Public Relations leads the team to ensure projects exceed expectations, are always on time and on budget. Often serving as an expert and point of contact for clients, you must possess deep experience in strategic communications planning, media and public relations, understanding of the importance of research and using data to drive decision making with the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations across a variety of communication disciplines and content types.
